Zamanyat Masriya .. 100 Years of Architecture, is an ambitious research project by Tarek Waly Center Architecture and Heritage that started at the end of the 1990s and its early outcomes were previously presented in 2004 in an exhibition entitled "Egyptian Architects 1920-1960" in cooperation with the Architecture Committee of the Supreme Council of Culture and its rapporteur Dr. Yahya Al-Zayni. The project aims to define and document the history of the Egyptian National Movement and Egyptian architecture in the twentieth century. In 2015, in cooperation with the Architecture Committee of the Supreme Council of Culture, the Center organized a seminar and exhibition “Zamanyat Masriya .. 100 Years of Architecture” during which glimpses of this history were presented.
